Terms of Service for Phoenix Mentorship

Welcome to Phoenix Mentorship, a Rainfire Ministries  Learning Management System (LMS). These Terms of Service outline the terms and conditions governing your use of the Phoenix Mentorship platform and its associated services. By accessing or using Phoenix Mentorship, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Phoenix Mentorship is an online platform designed to provide Christian biblical education and mentorship opportunities. It enables registered users to access learning materials, participate in courses, engage with mentors, and interact with other members of the Phoenix Mentorship community.

3.1 Registration: In order to access and utilize Phoenix Mentorship, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Compliance with Laws: You agree to use Phoenix Mentorship in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. You will not use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or offensive purposes.

4.2 Respectful Behavior: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and considerate manner towards other users, mentors, and staff members of Phoenix Mentorship. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abuse will not be tolerated.

4.3 Content Guidelines: You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share on Phoenix Mentorship. You must not post any content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership: Phoenix Mentorship and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property rights. These rights are owned by Phoenix Mentorship or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the content without prior written consent.

5.2 User Content: By posting or sharing content on Phoenix Mentorship, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this license.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Phoenix Mentorship at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. You may also terminate your account by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the platform and any associated content will be revoked.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Phoenix Mentorship is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Phoenix Mentorship, its affiliates, or its staff members be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in

 connection with your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using Phoenix Mentorship.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on Phoenix Mentorship. Your continued use of the platform after the changes have been implemented constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Phoenix Mentorship operates, which is North Carolina, USA.  Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
